WHERE IT ALL STARTED

We grew up with a snack in Thailand called กล้วยเบรคแตก (Kluay-Brake-Taek), banana chips so addictive, the name basically means “your brakes just gave out.”

It was bold, snacky, and almost impossible to stop eating.

When we moved to California, we couldn’t find that same snack energy.

So we made BRAKEOUT.

BUILT BETWEEN SF & LA

BRAKEOUT is built by two Thai students from Stanford and UCLA.

What started as a craving from home became a student-built snack brand between two cities and one shared love for bold Asian flavors.
